These terms govern the use of agapeame.com, Bible Quiz in English and Agapéame Memorygame (together, the Services). By accessing or using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1 Scope and access
The Services include the website and the current or future versions, features and content of Bible Quiz in English and Agapéame Memorygame. The terms of Google Play or the App Store may also apply when an app is downloaded or a transaction is made through them.
You need a compatible device and, for some features, an Internet connection. Any connection or device costs are your responsibility.
2 Minors, age selection and accounts
Minors may use the Services only with the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The responsible adult must supervise use and approve any purchase. Where consent is required to process data belonging to a child under 14 in Spain, it must be given by the holder of parental responsibility or guardianship.
The age selected in the apps must be accurate. It is used to apply the appropriate advertising and privacy settings and must not be bypassed. Public usernames must not contain a real name, contact details, offensive content or information that identifies a minor.
3 Rules of use
You may not cheat, automate play, manipulate scores or rankings, exploit errors, impersonate others, use offensive usernames, interfere with the Services or use them for illegal purposes. You may not attempt to obtain unauthorized access, reverse engineer the apps except where the law permits it, or infringe third-party rights.
In cases of fraud, abuse or serious or repeated breach, Agapéame may remove a username, fraudulent progress, virtual items or ranking results, or suspend or terminate access. Measures will be proportionate and do not affect any mandatory consumer rights.
4 Advertising and third-party services
Quiz and Memorygame may display advertising. Ads and their personalization or restriction may depend on the declared age, choices made in the consent controls, device settings and applicable law. Data processing is explained in the relevant privacy policies.
The Services may link to or integrate stores, advertising networks and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services, without excluding Agapéame's responsibilities under applicable law.
5 Purchases and subscriptions
The apps may offer one-time purchases, subscriptions and virtual currency. The price, taxes, duration, features and renewal conditions shown before purchase form part of the transaction. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled through the store account, as indicated at checkout.
Google Play or the App Store processes payments and provides the tools to manage subscriptions, cancellations and refund requests. Their procedures apply together with mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to conformity of digital content and services.
6 Virtual currency and in-game items
Coins and other virtual items may be earned or purchased and may only be used for in-game boosters and features. They are not money, have no value outside the relevant app, cannot be exchanged for cash or real-world goods and may not be transferred or sold between users.
Balances obtained through fraud, chargebacks, technical exploitation or a breach of these terms may be corrected or removed, without prejudice to rights relating to legitimately purchased digital content.
7 Intellectual property
Agapéame, its names, logos, designs, illustrations, software, questions, texts, sounds and other content are owned by the holder or used under licence. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose.
You may not copy, redistribute, sell, extract, modify or commercially exploit the Services or their content without prior authorization, except where permitted by law.
8 Availability, updates and conformity
Agapéame does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors. Maintenance, security incidents, platform changes or technical causes may temporarily affect the Services. Features may be updated when reasonably necessary for security, compatibility or improvement.
This does not exclude the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services. If paid content or a service is not in conformity, contact us or use the store support channel to request the remedies provided by applicable law.
9 Privacy, changes and applicable law
Personal data is handled according to the general privacy policy and the specific policies for Quiz and Memorygame. Please read the policy that applies to the Service you use.
These terms may be updated for legal, technical or service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the website or apps when appropriate. Spanish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. Any dispute will be heard by the courts determined by applicable law, including the consumer's competent court where required.
